Dr. Madalyn Squires joined Lifetime OB/GYN in 1981. She is a current member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Medical Association, Marion County Medical Association, Gynecologic Laser Society, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, Sigma theta and Tau, Alpha Omega Alpha honor societies and named Sagamore of the Wabash by Governor Evan Bayh. Dr. Squires is affiliated with two area hospitals: St. Vincent Hospital Indianapolis and St. Vincent Women’s Hospital. Dr. Squires is also affiliated with two area surgery centers: Naab Road Surgery Center and Women’s Physicians Surgery Center.
