John A. Leone, MD, FACOG

Prior to joining the Lifetime OB/GYN practice in 1992, Dr. John Leone was in private OB/GYN practice from 1982 to 1992 at Community Hospitals. He is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Indiana State Medical Association, Purdue University Alumni Association, Indiana University Alumni Association, PHI RHO SIGMA Medical Society, Dr. Leone is affiliated with St. Vincent Hospital and St. Vincent Women’s Hospital Indianapolis, St. Vincent Carmel, Naab Road Surgery Center and Women’s Physician’s Surgery Center.
