Lifetime OB/GYN offers outstanding patient care for obstetrical and gynecological patients. Our physicians perform obstetric and gynecological surgeries and are experienced in the care of high-risk obstetrical patients, including multiple birth patients, diabetes, and other complicated medical conditions associated with pregnancies. We also have physicians that specialize in minimally invasive surgery including laparoscopy hysterectomies. In addition, we offer the following special services:

- Saline-instilled sonographs
- Thermochoice endometrial ablation
- Bone densitometry services
- On-site ultrasounds
- Essure (Permanent Birth Control)

Our staff consists of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and certified medical assistants to provide our patients with excellent care. In addition, we have surgery nurses who manage our consultation, scheduling, and post-operative follow-up appointments. We also have a phlebotomist on staff for the convenience of our patients who require laboratory services. Lifetime's staff provides personal follow-up on patient inquiry calls and offers convenient scheduling of appointments for patients.

We participate with many different PPO and HMO plans, as well as accepting traditional indemnity insurance. If you are not sure about our provider status with your insurance company, please check with your insurance company or with our business office. Plans we participate with include Aetna US Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, ChoiceCare, CIGNA HealthCare, Encore Health Network, Indiana Health Network (IHN), Medicare, Great West-One Health Plan, PPOM, Private Health Care Systems (PHCS) PPO, , Prudential Healthcare, Sagamore Health Network, St. Vincent Care Management Organization (CMO), and United Healthcare.

Our dedicated physicians rotate "call" on a daily basis - with one physician "on-call" for the entire weekend - holidays are also covered on a rotating basis.
