About Our Practice

Clearvista Women's Care provides quality service to patients in the Indianapolis area. We are located in northeast Indianapolis on the campus of Community North Hospital in the professional building. Our staff includes nurse practitioners and registered nurses.

A physician is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We also offer a new minimally invasive surgical and non-surgical outpatient treatment of abnormal bleeding and urinary incontinence.

We participate with many different PPO and HMO plans, as well as accepting traditional indemnity insurance. If you are not sure about our provider status with your insurance company, please check with your insurance company or with our business office. Plans we participate with include Aetna US Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, ChoiceCare, CIGNA HeatlhCare, Encore Health Network, Great West-One Health Plan, Indiana Health Network (IHN), Medicare, PPOM, Private Health Care Systems (PHCS) PPO, ProHealth PPO, ProHealth Prime (HMO), Prudential Healthcare, Sagamore Health Network (Plus), and United Healthcare.
